Key Responsibilities
Handle overall site work and daily operations
Supervise construction activities and maintain site discipline

Manage billing, payments, and material coordination

Maintain proper site records and quality standards
Qualification
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of site execution and maintenance
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle vendors, labor, and team management
Knowledge of billing, BOQ, and project coordination
